In the heart of Campania, where history intertwines with a passion for distillation, Antica Distilleria Petrone continues to surprise. After five generations of master distillers, the company has decided to pay homage to its origins, retracing the footsteps of its founder Domenico Petrone, apothecary and alchemist at the court of the Bourbons.
A return to the origins
It was 1858 when Domenico Petrone, fascinated by the properties of plants and ancient alchemical recipes, gave life to the Distillery. At that time, alchemists were looking for elixirs that could give not only pleasure to the palate, but also benefits for the body and spirit.
Today, Andrea Petrone, the fifth descendant of the family, wanted to revive this ancient tradition, creating a new line of liqueurs that bears the name of Alchimisti Reali. This line, born from the collaboration with the Museo delle Arti Sanitarie in Naples, is a true journey through time, a tribute to the knowledge and rituals of alchemists, revisited in a modern key.
Four Liquors, Four Stories
The Alchemisti Reali line is made up of four liqueurs, each with its own history and meaning:

Divine Degree: A powerful digestive based on laurel, a symbol of triumph and glory. An elixir that celebrates successes and conquests.

Santo Bianco: An extreme bitterness based on thistle, known for its beneficial properties and digestion. A distillate that invites purity and regeneration.

Amaro Esoterico: The pinnacle of the line, a blend of laurel, thistle, camphor and other aromatic herbs, which offers a unique sensory experience and a spiritual journey inspired by the alchemical tradition.
An exclusive product
The Alchimisti Reali line is characterized by a limited production: only 2000 bottles for each type. This choice was made to guarantee the exclusivity of the product and to preserve the craftsmanship of the production process.
A very successful event
The official presentation of the Alchimisti Reali line was held at the suggestive Galleria Borbonica in Naples. The event was attended by numerous experts in the sector, including Prof. Gennaro Rispoli, scientific director of the Museo delle Arti Sanitarie in Naples, and the well-known barman Roberto Pellegrini.
